Meet the METTA dogs currently available for adoption
If interested in adopting one of our amazing METTA dogs, please fill out the screening form below. Adopters must live in central FL, preferably within an hour of Lake Mary, and be at least 23 years of age. We require a home check, reference verification, and a meet n greet with all family members, including pets. Adopters must own their home if adopting a bully breed. Adoption donations are $100 for adult dogs and $200 for puppies (under 1 year old). All our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, have medical clearance, preliminary vaccinations, a registered microchip, and a lot of love to give.

Not quite ready to adopt, have you considered fostering?
Fostering is the most rewarding experience! You only need to temporarily open your heart and home to a dog in need. The rescue provides everything the dog needs till their forever home is found. And if you fall in love with your foster dog, our foster families get priority when it comes to adopting. We even offer a foster-to-adopt program which allows us to get dogs settled into their loving forever home, till they are medically cleared to officially be adopted.
